Fix typo on 'sogod' service restart instructions'

With regards to Upgrade instructions at https://docs.iredmail.org/upgrade.iredmail.1.7.1-1.7.2.html

It says that to restart sogo to use service sogo restart but on RHEL based dists it's service sogod restart
