Test slooooow connections, make sure they work nicely, quickly, etc

Peeps have reported that on slow connections our site takes forever to load. That's sketchy, look at it, test it here with built-in browser tools for this, and make sure it loads fast.

I've tested this personally with a custom Chrome profile to only load 5 kb/s and 64 kb/s, and while it did take a while, it did eventually load. I think Chrome was waiting for all assets before rendering.
