Support for more social media

Hi, i see Iquidus support different link to media (Facebook, Twitter, ...) In the world of crypto one of the most used social networks is Discord ... is it possible to add it in settings.json? Thank you in advance.

Would you like the discord link at the top header menu or somewhere else especially, example the top bottom left with glyphicons etc..
