Images hosted outside of Imgur

Some channel images are hosted outside of Imgur which makes it impossible to request a scaled version on the fly.

All the images are hosted are linked to the https://github.com/iptv-org/database repo.

Feel free to submit a PR if you would like to change some of the images.
