Uninstalling DEB package leaves behind all config data

If you uninstall the DEB for the purpose of starting from scratch, the uninstall process does not remove the config files. Re-installing SS will revert to that saved config and the setup process following install is skipped.

PS. It's also not clear where in the filesystem the SS config files are stored. I would have gone in and edited those files rather than removing/reinstalling the server.
