Debian repository from The IPFS Project

Please consider publishing an official IPFS repository for Debian.

Our CI builds .deb and .tar.xz files, which are attached to every release. If someone from IPFS Community knows how Debian repositories work, and creates one, we are happy to add instructions to README.

I think Debian needs that all dependencies are in their repositories and compile offline. I'm not a Go developer but if it needs to pull packages from internet like a Node project that could be a problem. I suggest that at least the CLI is ported to C which is the best programming language in my opinion :)

openSUSE Build Service seems to be a good option to consider https://build.opensuse.org/
