Changed security distro email to [email protected]

I was not able to confirm .tech alias works for this group. We should keep .io until security email is no longer depending on protocol.ai infra.

I'll sync with @mishmosh and get back to this once resolved.

Apologies for not providing more context here in January, this was following a conversation with @AnomalRoil in Jan '24 that the .io domain was facing issues with denylists because of the IPFS gateways
