black dots appear in background of merged result when super-resolution params > 0

After training model, in the merge_SAEHD.sh process, black dots appear in the background of merged result while the super-resolution param is set 5. The dots disappear when the super-resolution param is set by 0. I wonder if it is the reason that the input size affects the SR process, because the above problem happens when I use 400 x 400 size. And it never happened in smaller size task before.

it has passed 2 years, and it might be caused by resampling code in SR in my memory.
