Hessian not SPD

I encountered some problems when trying to run Codim-IPC with my own data. After entring newton loop, all PNIters will show ”Hessian not SPD“, and each PNIter often has the problem of E being calculated as nan. Where might this problem come from? This is the data I am processing：
