Questions about license terms

Hello!

I can't find any mention of a license for your data. It's a little confusing. Can we use your data in an open source project? Is it possible to distribute your data along with the project? Is it possible to use your data in a geoip data aggregators, such as https://github.com/sapics/ip-location-db ?

A small note so as not to create a new issue: in the IPv4 data set there is a line

4,0.0.0.0,255.255.255.255,OC,AU,Australia,Australian Capital Territory,Canberra,2600,Australia/Sydney,-35.28346,149.12807,5

which looks like a mistake
