[Bug report]: Minor changes to strings and metrics

Description

• In the onboarding view (Create new profile, claim shimmer rewards, restore profile) it would be good to also include the "Ledger Nano S Plus"

• The confirmation rate in the metrics of the node can be limited to 1 decimal. And it would be good to include a "%"

• The guide to install the ledger apps doesn´t fit for Shimmer. IOTA and IOTA Legacy apps are shown in the popup.

• Because only one ledger app needs to be installed the button text should be changed

• The "Tips if you ledger isn´t connecting doesn´t fit for Shimmer
