[Task] Remove util classes copied from iota.js

Now that we have iota.js, we can remove our copies of its classes and use those from the library

  • [ ] converter.js
  • [ ] base64.js
  • [ ] bech32Helper.ts
  • [ ] output-type.constants (maybe)
  • [ ] address-type.constants (maybe)
  • [ ] feature-type.constants (maybe)
  • [ ] unlock-condition.constants (maybe)
