[Task]: Remove crash reporting setup from onboarding

Task description

It's more commonplace to have crash reporting turned on by default, which allows us to remove the crash reporting view from onboarding.

Requirements

• [x] ~~Remove the view from the onboarding flow~~
• [ ] Make the default setting for this true (located in $appSettings.sendCrashReports, `DEFAULT_APP_SETTINGS)
• [ ] Remove the CrashReporting popup (and wherever it is opened)
• [ ] Remove the isAwareOfCrashReporting store
• [ ] Ensure that app settings work properly
• [x] ~~Update the Privacy Policy to reflect this change~~
