Show loading indicators while data is being fetched

As a user, I want to see loading indicators, so I know that there is still pending data to be displayed.

In the address view for example, it doesn't show to the user that data is still being fetched, which especially on addresses with lots of data ultimately means that the user sees an almost blank page for a couple of seconds causing them to bounce off the site.

Expected behaviour: For all different React components which are async fetching data, I expect a loading indicator telling me that something is going on.
