Add isArrayOfTrytes method in ValidatorUtil class

  • As title, add the isArrayOfTrytes method to validate the array of trytes.
  • It's also related to issue #64.

Hi @Techworker, thank you for your reply. I refer this line and I found that this should check the trytes is 2673.
