Lake Erie Harmful Algal bloom associated communities

Describe your dataset and any specific challenges or blockers you have or anticipate.

These datasets include metagenomic and/or 16S amplicon summary tables from Western Lake Erie samples. The main blockers I anticipate are getting the data formatted correctly (knowing what standards to use) and learning how to actually submit the data--particularly if there are programatic interfaces for submission.

The raw data is currently in a series of tables describing the abundance of features (e.g. taxonomic ids) in samples, taxonomic information for features, and metadata about samples.
