mv generic content from the Darwin Core Guide to the OBIS manual?

There is some duplication of content. I think we agreed today to move the content from our book and merge it into the OBIS manual wherever possible so that the book here is more focused on examples.

@timvdstap wrote a great section on EML, I think that's the only piece that can go upstream.
