Just in case it's relevant, fsprojects/FSharp.Configuration#154 cannot be resolved by rolling back to version 4.6.0 or earlier.

Hey! Is this an on-going issue?

I'm experiencing issues trying to use SwaggerProvider with Ionide as it can't load the Designtime DLL and wondered if there were any workarounds?
