bug: radio on android TV not working as expected

Ionic Framework Version

v8.x

Current Behavior

Using DPAD in android studio: When i press down, radio value changes.

Expected Behavior

Using DPAD in android studio: When i press down, radio value should not change, instead it should be outlined (selected) Only when OK is pressed in DPAD then radio value should change to outlined's.

Click in DPAD up/down buttons
