feat: Command to remove Live Deploy

Feature Request

Describe the Feature Request

Appflow with Live Deploy was added to Capacitor this year using the command ionic deploy add but there is no command or simple way to remove Deploy once it's been added. All the documentation I'm finding for removing Deploy is referring to Cordova and setting a field in config.xml but nothing for Capacitor.

Provide a command like ionic deploy remove
