Saving a call for multiple completions

Here in doc written about saving call

How about getting this saved call?

Where is a documentation for that ? Links seems broken and I want to migrate to keepAlive but can't find any docs for it.

And same question, previously we could use getSavedCall how do you get that call once it;'s saved without passing call or saving it in variable ?
