Feature request: optional dark mode splash screen

It would be great to have an option where you can decide whether you want to use dark themes or not. Currently, the splash screen is generated from the icon + background color in case no dark mode splash screen is provided.

I can imagine an option like this:

  • --noDarkMode do not generate dark mode splash screens
