[bug]: Unable to recall layers (regional guidance) [v6.8.1]

What happened
The "recall layers" option and "canvas layers:" info no longer shows up as expected under "recall parameters" on images that were generated on v6.8.1 with regional guidance (don't know if it affects other types of layers)
What you expected to happen
I expected the "Recall parameters" tab to show information about the number of layers on an image and provide some way to recall them
How to reproduce the problem
- Open the canvas tab
- Add two regional guidance layers with a positive prompt
- Generate an image
- Open "Info" and "Recall parameters" for that image
- Observe that there's no line for "Canvas layers:" and no way to recall the layer-settings
- Open the "Metadata" tab
- Observe that metadata for the regional guidance layers is present
- Open "info" and "recall parameters" for an image generated with v6.8.0rc1 (or earlier) that had regional guidance layers
- Observe that the "Canvas layers:" line is present and the layers can be recalled
Additional context
This seems to only affect images generated recently, if I look back at images generated with v6.8.0rc1 then "recall layers" / "canvas layers:" shows up as expected. It might work with later versions but this was the most recent one I had previously generated images with layers from.
Information about the layers is present in the image's metadata on v6.8.1 images where "recall layers" / "canvas layers" is missing on "recall parameters" (although the regional-guidance's object-type has changed from image to rect, don't know if thats relevant)
