[bug]: Gets out of memory for any other model than SD while webUI doesn't

What happened?

I've downloaded multiple models to try with InvokeAI, sadly none worked, everything gave out of memory error. WebUI works ok with these models (guess because optimizeSD?).

Does InvokeAI has issues with optimization or missing scheduled gpu load/offload for less VRAM consumption?
