Commit mode suggestions

As a developer I'd like to have suggestions not in the editor, but in the commit mode also.

Clear suggestions can contain:

• Overall description of changes has been made in the changed files
• More detailed description of change for any file(s)
• Possibility to select large or short commit message suggestion
