[CI] run the uss_qualifier as part of the automated CI tests for every PR

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current CI only runs the interuss/monitoring prober: this already provides a very decent coverage but, but will miss some new things that are exclusively covered by the qualifier

Describe the solution you'd like Run as many uss_qualifiers as possible as part of the CI, so we may obtain immediate feedback on every PR

Describe alternatives you've considered Running things manually works, but is error prone and more time-consuming. We want to avoid that.
