Remove deprecated `${dbrole}` template in v1.x

The expression ${dbrole} is ambiguous as it potentially only has access to the globals database (not the routine database). Will remove this in v1.x in favor of ${globalsDbRole}

Also need to scan all packages on registry for usage of ${dbrole}
