Description:

Adds ESLint and Prettier configuration to packages/documentation, mirrored from paymentpointers.org: eslint.config.js with TypeScript, Astro, and Prettier integration

  • .prettierrc and .prettierignore
  • format and lint scripts in package.json
  • Formatted all existing files to pass lint
