Coverage remained the same at 95.854% when pulling 26af29543ac2b4eabe5cec299ab1993150646163 on readme-tags into 60b14138445d80e165745abe1a3754d250b7d1de on master.

@jkeyes - there's also tag_users mentioned in docs/index.rst that needs this same fix applied to

Is there a reason that this PR is still open? Figuring out how to tag users when both documentation instances are wrong just took me a lot of time, and having the fix for at least one location would help. If you insist on only merging a complete PR, I can open one, but please do something to correct your docs.
