Document what version of the Intercom API this SDK supports

Version info

  • intercom-java version: 2.8.1

Please document which version(s) of the Intercom API are supported by this SDK.

I would expect that it is supposed to support your latest stable version (2.0) but if that's the case then it is super buggy and I have a lot more issues to file! It looks to me at the moment like this SDK is intended for the 1.x API version.

With the exception of the Ruby SDK (with latest support), and PHP SDK (with limited 2.0 support), all other SDKs including the Java SDK (2.8.1) support version 1.0 of our API.

That must be a joke. This SDK has not been upgraded in the last 9 months. I cannot handle properly contacts (leads) with it.

Folks this is terrible, like really bad. is 2021 you charge thousands per month, how hard would it be to come up with a better Java SDK. Is not that we are asking for an up to date Erlang SDK.
