RestClientFactory - when will nuget get updated?

The documentation says use the RestClientFactory, the change was checked in 6 months ago, and it's not available on nuget? The package hasn't been updated in 8 months?

Doesn't seem like we get a lot of love here? Even the fairly critical pull request for targeting 4.6.1 has been sitting there approved since december. Can we not get some of these changes, and issues fixed and published?

In package timelines, this is practically abandoned :(
