When on a page with iframe use mutation observer for tracking changes in head and trigger iframe render.
Decorate prototype.inserRule to track its use and run render.
Update render iframe method so it turns inserted rules into ordinary styles.

@Stan-Che Thanks a lot, this looks very promising! Monkey-patching insertRule is quite ingenious 😁

I'd like to test-drive this in the next couple of days, so I'll be able to give more in-depth feedback next week.

@herrstucki Cool. I'm looking forward to your feedback. I'm just not sure about the debounce time. I tested it with 30 ms and it seems to keep the amount of iframe renders on the same level.
