Scroll back to top after clicking bottom links

After clicking on bottom links, the next page is scrolled to the bottom. Would prefer it to stay at the top of the page.

Can that be disabled or configured?

Which browser are you using? This should work fine.

Using Chrome 66 on a Mac. Stays at the bottom when running locally but works fine after building.
