I'm interested in the topic but don't have a good grasp what would need to be done in Catalog since it has to stay flexible enough to integrate with different approaches and setups. If you want to outline your specific use case that would help guide future decisions but I don't think we'll have a solution in the near term.

Note that when you use Catalog in a React context, there's nothing stopping you from localizing your content with react-intl or similar libraries.
