Conda path in Binaries needs to be configured

The binaries to check and/or convert h5ad files (checkCSCh5ad, getH5adInfo, and toCSCh5ad) need to be modified manually to correct conda path and VIP environment. This needs to be mentioned in the manual or to be added to the configuration file.
