MFXEnumImplementations reports VP8 decode capability on Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13850HX

According to Media Capabilities Supported by Intel Hardware and 13th Generation Intel®Core™ and Intel® Core™ 14th Generation Processors Datasheet, Volume 1 of 2 VP8 decode is not supported on the 13th gen processors.

vpl-inspect reports the following on my machine: vpl-inspect output.txt

When I check capability with MFXVideoDECODE_Query, it returns with MFX_ERR_UNSUPPORTED as expected.

Could someone resolve the above contradictions?
