API Systems/System1/Processors/FPGA1 is not shown while running psme-fpgaof

Hi, I was wondering does the Xilinx Alveo U250 Accelerator Card work for running RSD 2.5 psme-fpgaof? I am using Xilinx Alveo U250 Accelerator Card, and want to run the RSD 2.5 fpgaof function. I follow the psme user guide, section 2.12 FPGA-over Fabric (FPGA-oF). I am able to compile and run the agent without showing any Error. But The API Systems/System1/Processors/FPGA1 is not shown while running psme-fpgaof and psme-rest-server.
