can we support lit mode in chimera

i found that hs_compile_lit and hs_compile_lit_multi just in hs lib, the chimera lib dont have this function.

Chimera is designed for Hyperscan users who sometimes have unsupported regex syntax issues, by combining the full syntax support from pcre library.
While for pure literal API in Hyperscan, it's designed when users' ruleset are purely literals, with no common regex at all. We don't think this is a Chimera-related scenario.
