Missing validations on Create Pool for Subnet and IP

Steps to reproduce it:

  • Login and go to /admin/create/pool
  • Enter a Pool Name
  • In Subnet, enter strings like:
    • 999.999.999.999
    • 0
    • ...555
  • In IP, enter strings like:
    • 0.1.1.1.1.1
    • -5
    • e
    • '
    • @
    • -5-5-5
  • Click on Add IP
