BCT 3.4.0 parse error with ApolloLakeFspBinPkg/Vbt/Vbt.bsf

Hello, when opening https://github.com/IntelFsp/FSP/ApolloLakeFspBinPkg/Vbt/Vbt.bsf with bct 3.4.0 installed on both Windows and Ubuntu Linux (32 bit), I encounter the parsing error shown in my attached bct_3.4.0_err.zip file. Thank you for inspecting it. bct_3.4.0_err.zip
