Add possibility to get notifications for only your own PRs and review requests while getting check notifications as well

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I've unsubscribed from all notifications with /github unsubscribe owner to avoid receiving all the changes unrelated to me. I've setup scheduled reminders to send me notifications immediately when CI check fails. However I'm not getting notification for passed checks.
