Notify when a PR review is re-requested
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Once a developer has responded to PR feedback I've given them, they click the "re-request review" button to clear my review and request another pass. I get a notification via email for this, but not via the github integration.
Describe the solution you'd like I would like a notification via the github integration! Perhaps you could be able to subscribe to review-requests, and then receive a notification like

Yes please! This is super frustrating for our team, and causes a lot of delays in getting re-reviews done.
