After migrating an organization to an enterprise subscription under a different organization name, subscriptions behave strangely

Describe the bug After migrating an organization from a standard github organization to a github enterprise organization under a different name with SSO enabled, all of my subscriptions broke.

This wouldn't be a huge deal, except that they broke:

1. silently
2. in such a way that, after running signin again, I couldn't add or modify subscriptions to the new repository names.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the aforementioned org migration
2. Attempt to add a subscription to a repo under the new name for which you already had a subscription under the old name
3. Attempt to change any of the subscription features
4. Note that all attempts to unsubscribe yield the expected output, but do not actually change the subscription features
5. Note that all attempts to subscribe to additional features yield a message saying you will recieve notifications for the features you were already subscribed to, and does not actually change any subscription features

Expected behavior Either the subscription to be migrated and work seamlessly, or be broken and not interfere with creating new subscriptions
