alt+space in windows

I cannot use the "Alt + Space" system keyboard combination in the application.

Expected behavior: The window menu should open by pressing Alt + Space.

Current behavior: Nothing happens by pressing a keyboard shortcut.

Environment: OS Windows 7 Instead v3.2.2
