Buyable Kits + Permission Bypass

The main changes are in Classes.java

It allows the server owner to enable permissions and also money. If the player has the permission to use the kit he doesn't have to buy it. If the player hasn't the permission he must pay it. If money is not enabled the player MUST HAVE the permissions to use the kit.

The change in ArenaListener it's me trying to stop the "PlayerCount" Spam in console, it didn't work :P
