[Bug]: computation of survival follow up time in `g_km`

What happened?

From the documentation, annot_stats = "median" will annotate the median survival followup time, but the source code is actually computing the median survival time, with the pooled data regardless of the treatment group.

Is the correct way to compute the survival followup time being taken original event as censor, and original censor as event in OS analysis?

This is related to issue #792

The "minimum survival followup time" should also be checked.
