update_ard_fmt_fn needs some love

Hi!

First, a big thank you for your efforts on the {cards} and {cardx} packages!

To share, I'm building an ard_stack that includes a call to ard_categorical, ard_continuous and finally a ard_categorical_ci. I could confirm the categorical CI worked perfectly, though I couldn't find a clear way to format the values (e.g. estimate * 100, round to x digits). I finally came across update_ard_fmt_fn and it worked like a charm.

I'm wondering if you will have a dedicated vignette or section on the utility of cards::update_ard_fmt_fn? I think this is a really nice and clean approach that would have essential utility for the statistical functions in {cardx}.

Thanks for the post @mattkumar . We don't have any plans for a new vignette or adding it to an existing vignette. Would you like to put together a proposal (i.e. an outline of a new article, or and outline of a section to include in an existing vignette, etc.) and follow it up with pull request?
