Display & allow browsing by sub-topics

The latest version of the iOS app replaced the previous "track" system with a series of topics, which can in turn have sub-topics. Currently, these are ignored, & only the larger topics are respected.

There are just under 50 sub-topics, so presenting these in a reasonable way to users may present a UI challenge.
