Error read metaFile

Hi Yunjuz,

I am processing ALOS2 and used ISCE2 to generate the interferograms. Then, followed the config file as mentioned in the website. However, there is an error as follows,

This error appear when I setup up the parameter use S:N,W:E, in 1.6.3 version. Not sure in the previous one. Any response will be appreciated.
