Toggle switches don't have a label

Currently, everything inside a toggle switch's label is being hidden*. While one could probably add some descriptive text outside of the label, that will make that information inaccessible to screen reader users.

* Well, not exactly hidden; you can't see the text, but it does make the switch wider...
